Celebrate Grandparents’ Day!

In January, we celebrate Grandma’s Day (January 21) and Grandpa’s Day (January 22) in Poland. This is one of the most important days of the year for both grandchildren and grandparents. These holidays have a long tradition in our country. The idea of their creation in Poland was proposed in the magazine “Woman and Life” in 1964. Over time, the celebration of the holiday gained popularity and permanently appeared in Polish calendars.
This is great opportunity to spend joyful time with grandparents. Children organize performances at schools, prepare self-made cards for grandparents, and older and adult grandchildren prepare nice gifts and send wishes. The most important thing is to remember about closest the people in the world.
We send best wishes to all Grandmothers and Grandparents!
