Documents confirming the circumstances indicated in the application for a permit for property acquisition in Poland by a foreigner

 

  • indication of an applicant: natural person – residence card, legal entity- an extract from the relevant register
  • copy of the residence card (permanent residence card, long-term EU permit, temporary residence permit)
  • copy of the Pole’s Card
  • marriage certificate
  • documents certifying polish origin or nationality
  • documents confirming running a business activity in Poland
  • an extract from land and mortgage register
  • an extract from the land register with a dimensioned drawing of the cadastral map
  • extract from the current land management plan or a document confirming the absence of such a plan
  • list of land changes in or the decision on merging the property
  • the owner’s statement about sale of property
  • certificate from the tax office confirming that you are not in arrears in budget payments
  • certificate from the competent branch of the ZUS confirming that you don’t owe the contributions to the Social Insurance Fund
  • a bank statement where you have a basic current account indicating the extent of financial resources and credit and payment worthiness, to prove the ability to finance planned investments in properties
  • confirmation of payment of the application (stamp duty: 1570 PLN)
  • confirmation of payment of the “Promesa” (stamp duty: 98 PLN)
  • documents confirming the origin of resources for property acquisition
