Lublin. A city that combines old and new:\u00a0 narrow streets of Old Town and modern Central Square.\u00a0 It seems to be that every corner of Lublin has already been explored. All kinds of hiking trails along the city have been laid, but still there are places hidden from people. Only few know about them. Secret places are hidden throughout the city, they create its unique spirit. In such places, people contribute everything: ambitions, fears, experiences and the most important \u2013 their own inspirations.<\/p>\n
Fundacja Sztukmistrze is one of such examples. \u00a0It was founded in 2010. Today the foundation is developing. One of the main purposes of this organization is promotion of the idea of a New Circus. The New Circus was created in the 70th<\/sup> of the last century. The hallmark of the New Circus is that the artists in their performances seek to tell the story using music, costumes and acrobatic tricks. One of the tenets of the new circus is the withdrawal from the using animals in their shows.<\/p>\n Within this organization there are such projects as: Variete, collective L\u0141 “Spektrum”, Szafa Show and many others. Members of those groups make their own small performances on the city streets.\u00a0 So, in the Old Town you can watch a small fire show performed by artists of Fundacja Sztukmistrze. Today, Fundacja Sztukmistrze takes care about concert venue that is situated in Saski park. This concert venue resembles a shell in shape. The masters of magic arts hold their performances there. They are planning of making a nice small cafe on the second floor of the shell.<\/p>\n One of the activities of the organization is the conduction of master classes and workshops. You can enroll in any course that you want to: aerial acrobatics, juggling or something more extreme, such as fire juggling. Those trainings are held within the framework of the project Akademia Sztukmistrz\u00f3w. That is a place where artists can share their experiences and help each other to learn something completely new.<\/p>\n Fundacja Sztukmistrze is a project that helps not only with city development but also the citizens\u2019.\u00a0 It is a place where soul has a rest from everyday stress. There you may meet people who will bring a lot of new and interesting things into your life. You may always find time to discover something unknown for yourself.
