Free November 2018

For the seventh time, the Royal Residencies: Royal Łazienki Museum, Royal Castle in Warsaw – Museum, Royal Castle in Wawel and the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów invite you to “Free November”. This is one of the most important campaigns promoting monuments and museum collections. It aims at the promotion of cultural education, increasing access to national cultural institutions and fostering participation in culture.

The initiator of free sightseeing in the Royal Residences is the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Museums present their collections and show temporary exhibitions. There will be trainings, walks and exhibitions organized for the participants.

The action “Free November in the Royal Residences” will be dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Poland’s independence in the context of the lost and regained cultural heritage. This year’s motto of the event is “Regained Heritage for the Centenary of Independence”.
Instead of worrying about the upcoming exams take your friends with you and go to Krakow or Warsaw! From Lublin the best transportation mean is a bus.
