Recently in Lublin you can apply for the Lublin Senior Card as part of the “Lublin zone 60+” program. The use of the card is to enable older people to have wider access to some services, strengthen the social activity and improve the quality of life of card users. The card offers discounts in culture, sport, recreation, science and health. Thanks to it, seniors will be able to meet their passions and interests in a simpler way and using it will make their free time more attractive. Who can apply for a card?
The card can be granted to a person who is over 60 years old, has full legal capacity and lives in the city of Lublin.

How do I apply for a card?
The card application must be submitted in person upon presentation of a valid ID. You can download it here: https://lublin.eu/mieszkancy/seniorzy/program-lublin-strefa-60/dokumenty-do-pobrania/. You can also get it at the Residents Service Office and the Department of Social Initiatives and Programs of the City Hall. The application is submitted to the Residents Service Office chosen by the senior, where he will be able to collect his card. The waiting time for issuing the card is 30 days from the date of submission of the application. The card can also be picked up by a person authorized by the senior who confirms his authorization with an appropriate letter. (The authorization can also be downloaded from the above website).
When collecting the card, the senior will receive a brochure with a list of places where the card can be used.
