Paid Parking Zone in Lublin operates from Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 17:00. You can pay by:
1. purchasing of a parking ticket using a parking meter,
2. purchasing of a parking subscription,
3. launching a service charging a parking fee on the mobile phone.
Parking meters allow paying for a stopover in four languages: Polish, English, German and Russian. When making a payment, you can see the current parking time, the payment, as well as the date and paid parking period.
The fee for parking is paid in advance. The minimum paid parking time is respectively 15 minutes (0.50 PLN) for Sub-zone B and 16 minutes (0.80 PLN) for Sub-zone A. Parkomat accepts NBP coins with denominations: 10 gr, 20 gr, 50 gr, 1 PLN, 2 PLN and PLN 5.
Parkomat does not give the change. In the event of parking meter’s damage, the user of the vehicle is obliged to purchase a parking ticket in the nearest active parking meter.
IMPORTANT: Owners of motor vehicles with electric or hybrid drive with emissions CO2 below 100 g/km specified in the certificate of conformity or EC certificate for complete vehicles may apply for the issuance of an ID entitling to free use of the paid parking zone in Lublin excluding private car parks .
