Did you know that there is a lantern that shines even in the daytime in the Podwale street? This is the Lamp of Memory, which first appeared as a common lantern during the II World War and now symbolizes memory of the Jewish district and Jews of Lublin. From the outside it looks like all other lanterns nearby and is marked only by a small sign, so many residents of Lublin don’t know about this place.
