Are you a student and want to do something more than studies during your free time? You have special skills or interests that you would like to share with others? Then you should know that universities in Lublin provide great opportunities for you to develop your skills and spend time interestingly.

If you are a student of UMCS you should know about Academic Culture Center “Chatka Żaka” and the Media and Art Incubator, where various cultural and educational events are held. You can check out the upcoming events on ChatkaŻaka website. Moreover, you can use the University Physical Culture center with the modern swimming pool (check out the link here). What is more, you have possibility to join the International Exchange Erasmus Student Network at UMCS that gives you a great chance to work with interesting team, get know more about Erasmus+ program, gain project management skills and establish contacts with people from other European countries. The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) also provides many possibilities for students to be active and spend their time productively. To begin with, the students’ academic circles in the University are functioning very well and they are open for creative and energetic people. For example, the Students’ Scientific Circle of the European Studies at KUL is a well-functioning group that organizes various interesting meetings and conferences. Moreover, the team runs a blog (EUROpensBLOG) that is related to the European Studies. So, everyone has a chance to be a volunteer and take part in blog management (visit the blog here). Besides, you should also know about the very famous Choir of KUL that gives many concerts in Poland and abroad.
